Why purchase professionally printed greeting cards or invitations?
Professionally printed products are more memorable and have a clean
look. We offer a wide variety of designs and allow for plenty of
customization and personalization. Our products are made with quality.
With all that in mind, the question should be, why not?
Is it possible to change the color or design on a greeting
card/invitation?
The color, design and size of the greeting cards/invitations are only
available as shown in the catalog or online. However, you have a choice
of color for the verse and personalization on most of our stationery
products.
Do I have to choose one of your verses for my greeting
cards/invitations?
Our verse choices are provided as a guide. You may use one of them or
create a custom verse with your choice of typestyle and color for most
of our occasion personalized stationery. For holiday greeting cards there is a $40.00 charge for custom verses.

How can I receive samples of the greeting cards/invitations that I am
interested in?
While browsing our products, you can select the "Request a
Sample" link next to the product image. For more infomation visit
the link called "Samples" in the navigation bar at the top of
this page.
How do I request a sample of my wording on the greeting
card/invitation of my choice?
You can preview any greeting card/invitation with your choice of wording
and ink color online. No need to request a proof; we've made it easy for
you.
ORDERING
How many invitations should I order?
With all the planning you're doing, it is very possible that you'll
overlook important guests whom you haven't included on your list. Avoid
last minute hassle by ordering at least 25 extra invitations. It is more
expensive to reorder 25 invitations than to include 25 extra in your
original order.
How many greeting cards should I order?
Greeting cards are a great way to keep in touch. Order for relatives,
friends, and coworkers. Be sure to order enough; it is more expensive to
reorder 25 greeting cards than to include 25 extra in your original
order.
Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
Once an order has been submitted over the Internet, mailed or faxed, we
cannot guarantee that changes will be made. It is very important that
you proofread and double-check your order before you submit it to us for
processing.
PRODUCTION TIME
How long does it take to process my order?
Once we receive your order, allow 3 working days for personalization
plus ground service standard delivery time. More time may be required
should there be questions about your order.
SHIPPING
How do you ship orders?
Our normal shipping method is ground. However, you may request 2nd day
or overnight shipping. Orders sent to P.O., A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes will
be sent by U.S. Postal Service. Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska,
Hawaii and the U.S.Virgin Islands will be sent by U.S. Postal Service.
UPS air shipments are advisable if you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
At this time, we ship orders in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico,
Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
How much will my shipping charges be?
Our normal shipping method is ground. Click here to see shipping charges. Ground or Third Day shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.
There is a $50.00 additional charge for orders shipping to Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.
There is an additional charge of $10.00 for shipments to APO and FPO addresses.
